The Studio

A founder-led software studio that designs and builds websites, business systems, apps and automations to order, with security and accessibility engineered in from the first line.

You work directly with the person who designs and builds your product. There are no account managers, no hand-offs and no outsourced layers. Decisions are made quickly, communicated in writing and kept.

What we build

Alongside the core offerings: accessibility design and remediation to WCAG 2.2 Level AA, online store, donation and membership setup, content migration, editor training and ongoing support. Every engagement is quoted as a fixed, itemized price with stated assumptions, so there are no surprises on either side.

Where it helps a decision, we build before we are hired: a working sample of your site or product, made from your own material, so you evaluate real pages rather than promises.

Fast, without shortcuts.

A focused practice that takes on one major engagement at a time moves quickly: decisions and revisions in days, not weeks. Every page and feature that ships is reviewed and tested by a person, and client, donor or customer personal data stays inside the client's own systems.

One point of contact, in writing.

A written plan with milestones, a reply within one business day during a project, and plain-language documentation and training at handoff so your team owns the result.

Tested before launch, every time.

Accessibility, performance, security and cross-browser checks are run on real builds and reported to you, not asserted. This site is held to the same standard, as described below.

Accessibility statement

Nodestratos designs and builds to WCAG 2.2 Level AA. On this site that means measured color contrast against the actual rendered background, full keyboard operation with a visible focus indicator, landmarks and headings for screen readers, respect for the reduce-motion setting plus an on-page control to pause motion, no flashing above the three-per-second limit, and forms with labels and clear error messages.

Checked on October 27, 2026 with automated testing (axe-core) at desktop and phone widths, real-pixel contrast measurement, keyboard-only and screen-reader walkthroughs. The animated globe on the home page is decorative; every offering it presents is also available as a labeled button, and the inquiry form works without it. Security and privacy

Built-in, not bolted on.

Strict content security policy with hashed scripts, HTTPS everywhere with HSTS, self-hosted assets, no analytics or advertising trackers, and hosting with a US-based provider. Forms are protected against abuse and collect only the data each one needs.

Access control.

Individual logins, two-factor sign-in for administrators, and roles limited to what each person needs. Our own access is reduced or removed at the end of a project, at your direction.

Incident response.

If we find or suspect a security problem: contain it immediately, notify you within 24 hours, restore from backup where needed, fix the cause and deliver a short written report.

Confidentiality.

Your information is used only for your project. We sign your confidentiality agreement, store project files securely and delete personal data we hold at project close.
